Terms & Conditions

Please review the conditions that apply to bookings, camps and StringLab services.

General

ADP Badminton is operated by Putra in Gothenburg, Sweden. The website adpbadminton.se and all services are governed by Swedish law.

Bookings & payments

  • All bookings are confirmed on receipt of deposit or full payment.
  • Private coaching: payment at or before the session.
  • Indonesia camps: 30% deposit secures your place; full payment is due 14 days before start date.
  • StringLab: payment due on collection.

Cancellations & refunds

  • Private coaching: cancellations less than 24h before the session are charged in full. No-shows are charged in full.
  • Camps: 30+ days before start — full deposit refund minus transfer fees. 15–29 days — 50% forfeited. 14 days or less — no refund. If ADP cancels, a full refund is issued.
  • StringLab: no refund once stringing is completed. Errors made by ADP will be restrung at no charge.

Indonesia camps — participant responsibilities

  • Participants are responsible for their own flights, travel insurance and visa.
  • Medical conditions must be declared before the camp.
  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
  • ADP is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
  • Add-ons are subject to third-party availability.

StringLab — equipment

  • Frames with pre-existing damage will not be strung.
  • ADP is not liable for frame damage on racquets not fit for the requested tension.
  • Racquets not collected within 30 days may incur a storage fee.

Liability

  • Badminton training carries inherent risk.
  • ADP is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions or camps.
  • ADP is not liable for indirect losses, including travel disruption.

Privacy

  • Personal data is used solely to manage your booking. It is never sold or shared.
  • Photos and video from sessions may be used for marketing. Opt out by notifying Putra in writing before the session.

Contact

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
